The Açai Caipirinha
- 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
- 1 oz Cedilla
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 6 lime wedges
In mixing glass, muddle the limes and simple syrup. Add Cedilla and Leblon Cachaça. Fill with ice, shake well and pour all into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
The Rio Royale
- 1 oz Cedilla
- 4 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
In a champagne flute, pour in Cedilla, and gently top with prosecco or other sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime zest.
Blame It On Rio
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Cedilla
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, fill with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
