This blend of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Anjou region of the Loire Valley of France. Each varietal is vinified separately and then blended. The Cab Franc brings the minerality, dried flowers and bell pepper, while the Cab Sauv brings the richness and the red & black currant flavors.
